How long does one box last?
Each box of Day Shift™ contains 20 single-serve sachets.
That’s roughly a month’s supply if you use one on each of your heaviest screen days (typically weekdays).
How long it lasts depends on your own rhythm and how often you reach for it.
Keep in mind, caffeine’s effects can weaken with heavy daily use, so it’s worth taking a couple of days a week (or a few each month) to reset your tolerance so you can experience its' full benefits.
