Refund policy

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order, subject to the following:

 

• Return window: 30 calendar days from delivery date.

• Consumption limit: Up to 5 sachets may be consumed.

• Packaging condition: Remaining product must be in its original, immaculate packaging.

• Return required: All eligible items - opened or unopened - must be returned.

• Return shipping: Customer pays return postage; refund issued once we receive and inspect the return.

 

To request a refund, email hello@vysionary.com.au with your order number. We’ll reply with return instructions.

 

Subscriptions

Subscription orders follow the same 30-day, return-required policy for each delivery:

 

1. Refund eligibility:

   • You may refund any single subscription shipment within 30 days of its delivery, provided no more than 5 sachets have been consumed and the remaining product is returned in pristine condition.

    

2. Return requirement:

   • Even for subscription customers, all eligible items must be sent back before we issue the refund.

   • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

    

3. Cancellation vs. refund:

   • Refunding a shipment does not automatically cancel future deliveries.

   • To stop recurring charges, you must cancel via the link in your confirmation email or log into your subscription dashboard.

    

4. Timeline:

   • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of our inspection.

   • If the 30-day window is missed for a shipment, that order is non-refundable; though you can still cancel to avoid future charges.

    

What We Don’t Refund

• Products where more than 5 sachets have been used.

• Items returned after the 30-day window.

• Shipping fees (both outbound and return).

• Gift cards, sale items, or discounted bundles.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@vysionary.com.au within 14 days with photos. We’ll cover return postage and make it right.

 

European Union Customers

You retain your legal right to cancel and return unopened orders within 14 days under the EU cooling-off period, in addition to the above.

 

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of our receipt and inspection of your return. If you haven’t received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at hello@vysionary.com.au.
