Is this a subscription?
No. One payment, nothing renews. You’re buying a fixed block of the routine.
What exactly turns up?
Day Shift in 20-sachet boxes, your Blue Light Blocking Glasses, and the 500ml shaker bottle if you add it. The 6-Month Build includes two pairs of glasses and two bottles.
Can I choose my glasses?
Yes. Pick the lens, orange or red, and the frame, black or clear, before you add to cart. The 6-Month Build includes two pairs and you choose each one separately, so you can take one of each.
When does it ship?
From Sydney, usually 2 to 5 business days. Every bundle ships free within Australia.
How do I take Day Shift?
One sachet in 350ml of cold water, in the morning or around lunch.
How much caffeine is in it?
120mg of natural caffeine per sachet. A regular cup of coffee has about 80 to 95mg, so it’s a little more than one coffee. The 115mg of L-Theanine is there to take the edge off it.
Will it keep me up at night?
Caffeine stays in your system for hours, so have it in the morning or around lunch, not late in the day. If you’re sensitive to caffeine, keep it before early afternoon.
Is it right for me?
Day Shift™ contains caffeine, so it isn’t suitable for children, or if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding. If you’re sensitive to caffeine or take medication, check with your doctor first.

What if it’s not for me?
Both our Empty Box Guarantee and 30 Nights Guarantee apply to the bundle. For Day Shift™, finish the box and if your productivity and ability to focus don’t change, post the empty box back within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund it.
