When to wear them

Orange lens: through the workday. It softens screen glare while colours stay true enough to work in.

Red lens: when the sun goes down, or for your last screen session of the day. The red tint takes the harshness out of screens and bright indoor lighting while you wind down.

When should I wear them?

Whenever your screen time outlasts the sun. Most people put them on after dinner for the last session of the day and wear them until they switch off.

Which lens should I get?

Orange if your problem is the workday: long screen hours, glare, tired eyes by the afternoon. It filters hard while keeping colours true enough to work in. Red if your problem is the night: it filters the most blue and green light, which makes it the serious option for winding down. If both sound familiar, that's exactly what the pair is for.

Can I wear the orange lens at night?

You can, and it's far better than nothing. But the red lens filters more of the spectrum that keeps your brain in daytime mode, so if the night is what you care about, red is the one to reach for after dark.

Will everything look red?

With the red lens, yes. Everything looks warm and red. That's the lens doing its job, and the warm view becomes part of your wind-down. The orange lens is much milder: the world looks warm, but colours stay easy to work with.

Are they prescription lenses?

No, our blue blockers are non-prescription. They are made to be worn on their own or over contact lenses.

What is the difference between the Black and Clear frames?

Just the frame. Whichever lens you pick is identical in both frames. Pick your style.
