I don’t think screen time is the enemy.
It’s how we build, connect & learn.
To me, the problem lies in how we use it and the lack of support being built for those whose lives & careers are built by it.
We’re told "just log off", but for most of us, that’s not an option.
When used correctly, technology is a launchpad for achieving our goals.
People aren't going to just "log off", it's not realistic.
The world's getting more and more digital by the day.
We don’t need more guilt.
We need smarter tools made for how we actually live.
The problem is an industry that offers escapes, not support.
I started Vysionary to build the tools that were missing.
