Shipping policy
At Vysionary, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly, reliably, and with care; so you can focus on what matters.
Order Processing
We pack & post orders three times per week: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays (excluding public holidays - only because the post office is shut).
Orders placed before 12 PM AEST on fulfilment days will be shipped the same day.
Orders placed after this cutoff will be shipped on the next scheduled fulfilment day.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping (Australia)
• Flat rate: $7.95 AUD
• Free shipping on orders over $110 AUD
• Estimated delivery: 2–8 business days, depending on location (metro vs rural)
Express Shipping (Australia)
• Flat rate: $12.95 AUD
• Estimated delivery: 1–4 business days, depending on destination
Standard Shipping (New Zealand)
• Flat rate: AUD $15
• Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
• Customers are responsible for any local customs, duties, or import taxes
International Shipping (Rest of World)
• Flat rate: AUD $25
• Estimated delivery: 6–27 business days, depending on location
• Customers are responsible for any local customs, duties, or import taxes
Tracking
Once your order is posted, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your parcel’s journey in real time.
Shipping Issues & Delays
We work with trusted couriers to ensure timely delivery, but occasionally delays can occur due to weather, public holidays, or courier network issues.
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, email us at hello@vysionary.com.au and we’ll sort it out.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. Vysionary is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect details provided during purchase.
